Financial Expert Advertisement

The Blueprint Intergovernmental Agency is seeking applicants for the Financial Expert with bonding experience position on the Blueprint Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC).

The Blueprint CAC serves in an advisory capacity to the Blueprint Board of Directors (IA Board), comprised of the Tallahassee City Commissioners and Leon County Commissioners. It is the responsibility of the CAC to review work plans involving infrastructure projects, financial audits, and performance audits and to make recommendations to the Blueprint Intergovernmental Agency.

There are 14 members of the Blueprint CAC who represent various organizations and interests, which are appointed by the IA Board following submission of a CAC application (attached). Members are expected to attend approximately 4-5 meetings per year, every 2-3 months. CAC members are also subject to the Florida Sunshine Law (Public Meetings and Public Records), and the Blueprint Ethics Policy. For the current vacancy, the term of service would begin January 2025 through January 2028, with the option for reappointment for a second, three-year term.
