Job Notice: Blueprint Citizens Advisory Committee Membership
The Blueprint Intergovernmental Agency is seeking three membership applicants to serve on the Blueprint Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC).
Blueprint Intergovernmental Agency is seeking applicants for three membership positions on the Blueprint Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC). The Blueprint CAC serves in an advisory capacity to the Blueprint Board of Directors (IA Board), comprised of all sitting Tallahassee City Commissioners and Leon County Commissioners. It is the responsibility of the CAC to review work plans, financial audits, and performance audits and to make recommendations to the Blueprint 2020 Intergovernmental Agency.
There are 14 members on the Blueprint CAC, which are appointed by the IA Board following submission of a CAC application, linked below. Members are expected to attend approximately 4 meetings per year, every 2-3 months. CAC members are also subject to the Florida Sunshine Law.
For current vacancies, listed below, the term of service is three years beginning November 2026, with an option for reappointment for a second, three-year term.
- Member for the At-Large Position
- Member for the Planner Position
- Member for the Disabled Community Position
Per the Blueprint CAC Bylaws, the IA Board shall take into consideration as part of the selection process those individuals that formerly served on the Economic and Environmental Citizens Committee (EECC).
Applications must be submitted by close of business on October 9, 2026. Applications to fill the three CAC vacancies will be considered by the CAC at their October 29, 2026 meeting, and by the IA Board at their November 12, 2026 meeting.
